It’s great that the county asked the Justice Department to investigate the CPD’s use of torture at the Homan facility, but better yet, why not look at the big picture of corruption of City Hall/CPD/U.S. Attorney for Northern Illinois, and the FBI’s and Justice Department’s witting or unwitting complicity in this. http://www.austinseveninnocenceproject.com/cpd-crimes/
