Who does the CPD work for? The same folks that the Mayor, the US Attorney,the Illinois Attorney General, and the FBI work for: the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel, which controls drugs in Afghanistan, Columbia, and elsewhere, and launders their cash through HSBC and Wachovia.
